  These guys are an absolute hack-job. They make phony promises, never return phone calls, and will not go out of their way to help their customers. My girlfriend and I went in to replace my phone, and they told us they could give us free phone, by setting up another line and somehow canceling the new plan and adding the line on to our family plan. My girlfriend asked numerous times "will there be any additional charges?" to which they replied "no no no" and that they were "hooking us up". I don't know what they did but 2 months later our account gets charged $400 for apparently canceling the new line while under contract. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare trying to deal with these people. We have gotten the run-around for 3 months now. Meanwhile, we are getting calls from t-mobiles collections department 4-5 times a day. Even trying to deal with Custom Wireless's corporate headquarters has yielded no results. I urge you to buy your phone somewhere else.
